  1. تفقد جميع أجزاء الماكينة والتأكد من عدم وجود أي أخطاء أو تلف في أي جزء منها
  1. تعبئة نموذج  فحص الماكينة مرتين في كل وردية وذلك  بأخذ القراءات الفعلية على كل جزء من الماكينة.
  1. متابعة عملية الإنتاج النهائية وذلك بأخذ القراءات من المختبر ومتابعة المطلوب الفعلي من خلال غرفة التحكم .
  1. متابعة المواد الكيماوية والتأكد من النسب بينهما ومن الكمية الموجودة في براميل الكوتنج ومتابعة رشاش المواد الكيماوية على سطح اليانكي والتأكد من عيون الرشاش وتغيير المغلق منها .
  1. تنظيف فلاتر المواد الكيماوية والتأكد من أن المضخات تعمل بالشكل الصحيح.
  1. متابعة تنظيف رشاشات الماكينة على البطانية والأسلاك .
  1. التأكد من نظافة الماكينة وغسيلها كلما دعت الحاجة لذلك  .
  1. المشاركه فى المشاريع الخاصه بالشركه مثل 6 sigma.
  1. تعبئة نموذج إنتاج الماكينة وتسجيل القراءات المطلوبة لكل رول بالشكل الصحيح.
  1. تزويد الماكينة بالرولات التي تأتي من المقص .
  1. الإشراف المباشر على المساعد الأول والتأكد من أداء مهماته بالشكل المطلوب .
  1. تجهيز السكاكين  للماكينة بأنواعها كلما دعت الحاجة لذلك وذلك حسب العدد المتفق علية .
  1. المحافظة على نظافة جوانب الماكينة الأمامية والخلفية بشكل مستمر .
