Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering is preferred.- Good knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication processes.- Good understanding of:1-CNC / Punching2-Laser Cutting3-Press Brake / Bending4-MIG / TIG / Spot Welding5-Grinding6-Painting / Surface Treatment7-Mechanical Assembly- Ability to read and understand mechanical and fabrication drawings.- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflow.- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.- Good communication and coordination skills.- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production priorities.
Description
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure production plans are achieved.- Follow up the manufacturing process from Punching and Laser Cutting through Press Brake Bending, Welding, Grinding, Painting, Assembly, and Final Inspection.- Coordinate between production departments to ensure smooth workflow and minimum production delays.- Ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.- Monitor production quantities, cycle times, scrap, rework, and production efficiency.- Identify production problems and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them.- Follow up material availability and ensure efficient utilization of raw materials.- Coordinate with the Maintenance, Quality, Technical Office, and Warehouse departments.- Monitor machine utilization and report production-related machine problems to the Maintenance Engineer.- Ensure proper implementation of work instructions and manufacturing procedures.- Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and recommend corrective actions.- Prepare daily and periodic production reports.- Follow up production priorities and ensure orders are completed according to the required schedule.- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with factory safety procedures.- Participate in developing and improving manufacturing methods and processes.
