Requirements

Demonstrated experience in managing complex shipping processes and improving operational efficiencies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. Proficient in logistics software and tracking systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Monitor compliance with local and international regulations regarding shipping and freight forwarding. Assist in training and mentoring junior logistics team members on best practices and processes. Utilize logistics software to track shipments, inventory, and performance metrics.
