Requirements

AHS, a leading luxury real estate developer, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer to join our procurement team. This role focuses on managing the purchasing process of engineering materials and services required for our luxury real estate projects. The Procurement Engineer will work closely with engineering, project management, and supplier teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement activities that align with project specifications and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the procurement of engineering materials, equipment, and services for luxury real estate projectsEvaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service criteriaPrepare and analyze purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreementsCollaborate with engineering and project teams to understand technical requirements and specificationsMonitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issuesEnsure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirementsAssist in cost control and budget management in procurement activitiesMaintain accurate procurement records and documentationStay updated on market trends, pricing, and innovations in engineering materials and servicesReview specifications to be inline with procurement strategy
