We are Hiring Restaurant Manager – Premium Korean Restaurant in DubaiWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team at an upscale Korean dining destination located within a premium hotel near Dubai Airport.If you have a strong background in high-end F&B operations, an appreciation for Asian/Korean dining culture, and a flair for delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to connect with you! *What You Will Do:Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure impeccable service standards.Lead, train, and inspire a diverse multinational team.Manage operational efficiency, drive revenue, and oversee P&L.Build strong relationships with local VIPs and hotel guests.Act as a cultural bridge, delivering an authentic premium Korean dining experience.What We Are Looking For:3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or AGM in an upscale/premium dining environment (UAE experience is essential).Strong hands-on leadership and team management skills.Good understanding of premium beverage/wine pairings and Asian hospitality (Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a big plus).Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.What We Offer:Competitive salary package based on your experience.Standard UAE benefits (Visa, Medical Insurance, Flight ticket, etc.)A dynamic work environment in a prime hotel location
