You'll support day-to-day purchasing operations, ensure system data is accurate, follow up on orders and deliveries, and keep everyone aligned from suppliers to finance, warehouse, and marketing teams.This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to purchasing, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration.What You'll Be Doing:Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring specifications, pricing, quantities, and approvals are spot-onCreate SKUs for newly approved products and link them accurately in the ERP systemTrack purchase orders from creation to delivery including confirmations, amendments, and cancellationsFollow up with suppliers on acknowledgements, delivery timelines, and documentationCoordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to support smooth deliveries and resolve discrepanciesMaintain clean, accurate purchasing and product data (pricing, barcodes, descriptions, selling prices)Organize supplier confirmations, delivery notes, and correspondenceEnter and validate data for new products, price updates, and purchase transactionsPrepare basic purchasing reports such as PO status, pending deliveries, and supplier follow-upsWork closely with Finance, Warehouse, and Marketing teams to align purchasing with business needsSupport product launches by ensuring purchasing status and product data are ready on timeShare accurate product and purchasing information to support promotions, content creation, and inventory planningSupport invoice matching, payment follow-ups, and credit note processingHelp resolve basic invoice and documentation discrepanciesMaintain organized purchasing records in line with audit and internal control requirementsWhat You Bring to the Table:Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field0–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar roleExperience using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus!)Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExceptional attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to juggle multiple purchase orders and follow-upsClear, professional communication with internal teams and suppliersBasic understanding of purchasing workflows, approvals, and documentationWhy BoutiqaatAt Boutiqaat, you won't just join a company you'll join a movement redefining e-commerce beauty and lifestyle retail.
