Job description: Long DescriptionJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Purchase Supervisor with a strong background in HVAC service and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of HVAC spare parts, firefighting systems, swimming pool maintenance requirements, and general MEP materials. Job ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day purchasing activities for HVAC service, maintenance and installation projects.Source and develop new local and international suppliers for services and materials.Procure HVAC spare parts, consumables, tools, equipment and MEP-related materials.Have good understanding of commercial air-conditioning spare parts and components.Handle purchasing requirements related to firefighting systems and maintenance.Source materials, spare parts and services required for swimming pool maintenance.Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with suppliers and achieve competitive pricing.Coordinate with technical/service teams to understand material and spare-parts requirements.Support international purchasing, including overseas suppliers, quotations, shipping and basic import procedures.Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, shipment status and material availability.Maintain good supplier relationships and continuously identify alternative sources.Ensure timely availability of materials for service and project requirements.Maintain basic purchasing records and follow company procurement procedures.Coordinate with service team for site survey.
