About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead two core functions: Logistics & Warehouse and Procurement. This is a senior leadership position responsible for owning end-to-end goods flow — from sourcing and supplier management through to warehousing, inventory, and distribution — while driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and resilience across both functions.What You'll DoLogistics & WarehouseOwn warehouse operations end-to-end, including receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and outbound distribution.Lead transportation and logistics planning, including carrier and 3PL management, freight cost optimization, and delivery performance.Set and monitor inventory policies to balance service levels against carrying cost, minimizing stockouts and excess/obsolete stock.Drive warehouse safety, layout, and process improvements, including automation and WMS/TMS system adoption.Track and report on logistics/warehouse KPIs (on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory turns, warehouse utilization, freight cost per unit).ProcurementDevelop and execute sourcing and procurement strategy across direct and indirect spend categories.Build, negotiate, and manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery commitments are met.Lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management, including scorecards and QBRs.Manage procurement risk through supplier diversification, contingency planning, and market/price monitoring.Identify and deliver cost-savings and total-cost-of-ownership improvements across the procurement portfolio.Leadership & Cross-FunctionalSet the overall strategy for the Logistics/Warehouse and Procurement functions in line with business goals.Lead, mentor, and develop managers and teams across both functions.Manage the combined budget for logistics, warehousing, and procurement, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service.Ensure compliance with relevant trade, customs, safety, and regulatory requirements.Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align supply of goods with business needs.Report on function-wide performance, risks, and initiatives to senior leadership.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA a plus).10+ years of progressive experience across procurement, logistics, and/or warehouse management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple functions.Proven track record leading both warehouse/logistics operations and procurement/sourcing functions.Strong knowledge of inventory management, distribution, sourcing strategy, and supplier/contract negotiation.Experience with ERP, WMS, and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Demonstrated ability to lead change management and process improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.Professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM, CPIM, Six Sigma) preferred.
