Requirements

Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of strategic and enterprise-wide projects. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the Bank's governance framework and strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project roadmaps.Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution.Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions when required.Prepare project documentation, governance artifacts, presentations, and executive reports.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with the Bank's Project Governance Framework, policies, standards, and procedures.Track project budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure effective cost control.Participate in vendor evaluation, selection, and contract recommendation processes.Monitor vendor performance to ensure delivery meets agreed quality, scope, timelines, and contractual obligations.Measure project performance using KPIs and earned value metrics, providing regular status updates to management.Support Business Continuity and Emergency Response activities when required.
