Requirements
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, OUM, Waterfall, Scrum). • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline, and resource allocation. • Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Define project success criteria and evaluate performance against metrics. • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring accountability. • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members. • Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks to maintain team productivity. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. • Communicate project updates, risks, and deliverables effectively through reports and presentations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and senior leadership. • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Monitor project progress, addressing issues proactively to avoid delays. • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations. • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency. • Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity. • Track expenditures and provide regular budget reports. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Work and align all projects elements with PMO identified governance. * Able to create reports and dashboards. * Quality Assurance: Ensuring deliverables meet required standards. *Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field *5- 10 years as a PM managing complex, large-scale projects * PMP and ACP Certificate. *RMP is plus.
