Requirements

Food Science graduates may also be considered.- 15 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in a Production Manager / managerial production role.- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certification is mandatory.* Strong knowledge of Food Safety principles and practices.* Solid experience in production management within the food manufacturing industry.* Experience in biscuits, cakes, and chocolates is mandatory* Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.* Proven ability to lead production teams and achieve operational KPIs.* Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
