Associate Production Manager

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ industrial).Minimum 7-10 years of experience in productionExperience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or pharmaceutical industry Is a must.Excellent command of both written and spoken the English languageERP skills- SAP is preferredExcellent Microsoft Office skills 

Planning:Meet production targets through optimizing best utilization of all resources (Man, Machine, Material and Methods).Review and modify if needed Production Plans with Planning Team.Follow up with planning and stores for availability of PM. & RM. according to production Schedules.Ensure plant & production readiness to cater to new technology requirement for new production NPD roll out.Organizing:Ensure operational efficiency to work towards process improvement.Adhere to Quality norms during the production process.Schedule production to adhere to RPP.Optimum manpower planning to meet production targets.Controlling:Responsible for MIS.Responsible for mandatory compliance with QMS, and GMP norms applicable to the unit.Take initiatives to minimize wastage during the process.Leading:Lead and maintain production subordinates to achieve production Targets.Train and develop production staff to improve process.Direct and Lead Production Teams in Using Lean Manufacturing Deployment as best Practice for achieving Production Objectives.
