Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.Very good command of English.Strong research and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and digital research tools.Ability to collect, organize, interpret, and present information.Comfortable with fieldwork, company visits, meetings, and direct communication.Proactive personality with strong initiative.Willingness to learn about new industries and markets.Ability to use AI tools effectively for research, analysis, and productivity.Strong presentation and reporting skills are an advantage.Previous experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.Fresh graduates and ambitious entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

The Business Development & Market Research Executive will play an important role in identifying new business opportunities, researching markets, analyzing competitors, and supporting ORVANTA’s business growth strategy.The position is suitable for an ambitious individual who enjoys research, communication, fieldwork, networking, and turning information into practical business opportunities.The successful candidate will participate in market visits, company and factory visits, meetings, client and supplier communication, data collection, market analysis, and business development activities.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.Research companies, industries, suppliers, manufacturers, and potential clients.Collect, organize, and analyze market and competitor data.Prepare market research reports and business presentations.Identify potential clients, partners, suppliers, and strategic opportunities.Contact companies and business prospects by phone, email, and other communication channels.Participate in meetings, company visits, factory visits, and field activities.Support the development of new products, services, and business ideas.Maintain and update databases of companies, contacts, and market information.Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities.Use digital research tools, AI tools, and online databases to improve research and analysis.Support management in preparing business development strategies.Follow up on potential leads and business opportunities.
