Requirements
The Quality Manager will be responsible for end-to-end quality assurance, quality control, and food safety for the bakery plant, ensuring products meet company, Saudi (SFDA), and international standards (HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000, BRCGS). Key responsibilities include building and maintaining QMS and FSMS, overseeing operational quality control, managing non-conformance and corrective actions, coordinating audits, leading the Food Safety Team, ensuring accurate documentation, and overseeing sanitation. The role requires expertise in quality control, food safety, bakery operations, and CAPAs.

Own end-to-end quality assurance, quality control, and food safety for the plant — making sure products meet company, Saudi (SFDA), and international standards (HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000, BRCGS).Main Areas Of ResponsibilitySystems & compliance – Build/maintain QMS and FSMS; ensure full regulatory and certification compliance.Operational quality control – Oversee raw material, in-process, and finished product checks; lab testing, microbiological analysis, shelf-life and sensory evaluations.Non-conformance & corrective action – Manage CAPAs, investigate contamination/recall issues, control nonconforming product until resolved.Audit management – Coordinate internal/external audits, maintain audit readiness, liaise directly with SFDA and certification bodies.Team & training – Lead the Food Safety Team, run review meetings, train production staff.Documentation – Ensure all food safety records (CCP, OPRP) and procedures are accurate, current, and accessible.Sanitation oversight – Ensure cleaning/sanitation schedules and standards are upheld across the facility.
