Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering, with 8-12 years of maintenance experience in large-scale FMCG or food manufacturing plants, including a minimum of 4-5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong experience with automated bakery or high-speed food production lines is highly preferred. GCC or Saudi Arabia experience is an advantage.

ResponsibilitiesMaintenance & ReliabilityOversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of fully automated bakery production lines (mixing, proofing, baking ovens, slicing, packaging, and palletizing).Ensure high equipment availability and minimal downtime through effective maintenance planning and execution.Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and TPM practices.Automation & Technical SystemsManage maintenance of PLC, SCADA, HMI, servo drives, robotics, and industrial control systems.Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Coordinate with OEMs and automation vendors for advanced diagnostics and upgrades.People ManagementLead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, automation technicians).Prepare shift schedules, manpower planning, and performance evaluations.Promote a strong safety-first and continuous improvement culture.Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with Saudi regulations, food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRCGS), and HSE requirements.Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.Enforce safe work practices, LOTO procedures, and risk assessments.Budget & Cost ControlPrepare and manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and annual shutdown plans.Optimize spare parts consumption and reduce maintenance costs without compromising reliability.Evaluate CAPEX proposals for equipment upgrades and modernization.Continuous ImprovementAnalyze breakdown data, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective/preventive actions.Drive energy efficiency, process optimization, and OEE improvement initiatives.Support commissioning of new lines, expansions, and factory upgrades.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.8–12 years of maintenance experience in large-scale FMCG or food manufacturing plants.Minimum 4–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.Strong experience with automated bakery or high-speed food production lines is highly preferred.GCC or Saudi Arabia experience is an advantage.Skills: maintenance,automation,bakery,production lines
