Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing Salesforce development teams and driving technical excellence.Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce), and Lightning component development.Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST, SOAP, APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica).Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
