Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Oracle SCM (EBS & Fusion)- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing)- Good experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules- Solid understanding of supply chain processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Planning, Manufacturing)- Experience in full lifecycle implementations (CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Support)- Experience in integrations between Oracle systems and external applications- Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting tools is a plus- Experience working with functional and technical teams- Strong client-facing and communication skillsKey Responsibilities- Support Oracle SCM implementations and enhancement projects (EBS & Fusion)- Analyze business requirements and assist in solution design and gap analysis- Participate in process mapping and functional workshops with clients- Configure Oracle SCM modules and support testing cycles (CRP, UAT, SIT)- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customizations- Support end users during UAT and post go-live (hypercare phase)- Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and user guides- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks within project scope
