And all this can only be achieved because of our People.About The RoleThis role is suited for an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager who will lead the logistics, planning, and supply chain operations in Egypt. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing costs, improving operational performance, and building a high-performing team.How you will make an impactSupply Chain & Logistics LeadershipLead end-to-end logistics, planning, inventory, and distribution operations.Ensure high service levels through on-time delivery and effective stock management.Drive supply chain performance while optimizing logistics and operational costs.Manage relationships with logistics service providers, shipping partners, and key stakeholders.Collaborate closely with Sales and regional teams to support business objectives and achieve KPIs.Operational ExcellenceOptimize end-to-end supply chain processes and eliminate operational bottlenecks.Implement and standardize SOPs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs requirements, Nafeza, and shipping documentation standards.Utilize SAP and other systems to improve operational efficiency and visibility.People LeadershipLead, coach, and develop the Logistics and Planning team.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.Build organizational capability and succession plans to support future growth.Strategic PlanningDevelop demand and purchasing forecasts to ensure inventory availability.Manage budgeting, inventory planning, and logistics cost optimization.Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and profitability as the business grows.What you need to succeedExperience10+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics within the Egyptian market.Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving operational performance.Strong understanding of customs clearance, Nafeza, shipping operations, warehousing, and regulatory compliance.Experience with SAP and supply chain management systems.Exposure to multinational and fast-paced business environments.EducationBachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.Commercial mindset with the ability to translate business needs into operational results.High integrity, resilience, and a results-driven approach.Good climate starts with people Our employees are the beating heart of our company.
