Job Summary:Support the end-to-end administration of contracts by preparing contractual documentation, coordinating reviews and approvals, maintaining complete and accurate records, and monitoring key obligations, milestones, renewals, and close-out requirements. The role supports compliant and timely contract execution in accordance with Golf Saudi policies, approved templates, delegated authorities, and applicable requirements.Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain contracts, amendments, change orders, extensions, renewals, non-disclosure agreements, and related documentation using approved templates and inputs.Coordinate contract review, approval, signature, and distribution workflows with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and relevant business stakeholders.Check contractual documentation for completeness, accuracy, required approvals, supporting documents, and alignment with approved commercial terms.Maintain the contracts register and repository, ensuring accurate indexing, version control, confidentiality, accessibility, and complete audit trails.Track contract dates, deliverables, obligations, performance securities, insurance, renewals, expirations, and close-out actions, and escalate upcoming or overdue items.Support the preparation of contract summaries, correspondence, notices, meeting records, and status reports for management review.Coordinate with contract owners and suppliers to obtain required documentation, clarify administrative matters, and follow up on outstanding actions.Support contract variations and claims administration by compiling records, validating documentation, and routing submissions for review and approval.Monitor contractor and supplier compliance with contractual requirements and maintain records of exceptions, corrective actions, and follow-ups.Assist with contract handover, mobilization, performance review, renewal assessment, and close-out activities.Support audits and governance reviews by providing complete, accurate, and traceable contract documentation.Handle contractual and commercial information in accordance with confidentiality, records-management, and data-protection requirements.Identify recurring administrative issues and recommend practical improvements to contract templates, trackers, controls, and workflows.Role Qualifications:Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Law, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.Experience:2+ years of relevant experience in contracts administration, contract management, procurement, commercial operations, or a related field.Technical Skills:Contract lifecycle administration; contractual documentation and records management; contract registers and obligation tracking; review and approval coordination; change, renewal, and close-out support; commercial correspondence; reporting and data accuracy; proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract or ERP systems.Soft Skills:Attention to detail, organization, analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder coordination, time management, problem solving, discretion, and commitment to quality.Competencies:Customer CentricityOperational ExcellenceTeamwork & CommunicationCommitment & OwnershipTechnical Competencies:Contract Lifecycle AdministrationContract Documentation & Records ManagementContract Compliance & Obligation TrackingCommercial Coordination & CorrespondenceGovernance, Controls & Audit ReadinessContract Reporting & Data Accuracy
