Role Objectives:The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in managing the hiring process, from posting positions, conducting HR interviews, and facilitating technical rounds when necessary. They provide feedback to hiring managers, handle the offering phase, and initiate the onboarding process. Additionally, they close positions, provide reports to managers, offer guidance to the coordinators & specialists in the TA team, and support in creating job descriptions.
