You do need to be someone who can learn quickly, ask the right questions, research a topic, and turn what you learn into writing that makes sense to the reader.You take deadlines seriously, communicate early when something might slip, and don't need someone constantly checking in to make sure a task gets finished.A few practical things matter too:Reliable internet — you need to be able to work without interruptions during deadlines and meetingsConsistent and reliable attendanceStrong ownership of your work and deadlinesClear communication when priorities or timelines changeThe ability to work independently and follow through without being chased
