Description
Job description / Role Job Type Full Time Job Location UAE Nationality Any Nationality Salary Not Specified Gender Not Specified Arabic Fluency Not Specified Job Function Marketing, Advertising & PR Company Industry Marketing, Advertising & PR Content marketing writer (multi-industry) Remote · Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (Pacific, Central, or Eastern) · $1,250/month for the first 90 days, then $1,500/month We're looking for a content marketing writer who knows how to turn ideas into content that gets people to pay attention — and, more importantly, take action. You'll write across different formats and industries, from SEO blog articles and email campaigns to website and advertising copy. The subject matter may change depending on the business you're supporting, but the goal stays the same: create clear, engaging content that serves a purpose and gets results. This isn't a role where you're writing simply to fill a content calendar. You'll need to understand the audience, the objective behind the piece, and what we want the reader to do next. What you'll actually do Write SEO-friendly blog content that's useful, engaging, and moves readers toward a decision Create email sequences and campaigns designed to increase opens, engagement, and action Write website copy that's clear, compelling, and keeps visitors engaged Develop ad copy for digital platforms around specific conversion goals Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools to speed up research and first drafts, while applying your own editorial judgment to produce the final content Research unfamiliar topics and turn them into content that's easy for the intended audience to understand Adapt your writing style, tone, and messaging to different businesses, audiences, and industries Requirements What we're actually looking for 2–5 years of professional writing experience, ideally covering blogs, email campaigns, website copy, and/or advertising copy A portfolio of published work that demonstrates your writing ability Written English that is genuinely fluent, with strong grammar, clarity, and attention to tone Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar AI tools as part of your writing workflow, while being able to critically review, rewrite, and improve AI-generated content Able to take a complex or unfamiliar subject and explain it clearly in plain language SEO knowledge is a plus, but not required The kind of person who will do well here You don't need to know every industry we'll work with. You do need to be someone who can learn quickly, ask the right questions, research a topic, and turn what you learn into writing that makes sense to the reader. You take deadlines seriously, communicate early when something might slip, and don't need someone constantly checking in to make sure a task gets finished. A few practical things matter too: Reliable internet — you need to be able to work without interruptions during deadlines and meetings Consistent and reliable attendance Strong ownership of your work and deadlines Clear communication when priorities or timelines change The ability to work independently and follow through without being chased Benefits How the process actually works Six steps. Same steps whether or not there's a client waiting. We read your CV. Not a keyword scan, an actual read. If it's clearly AI-generated with nothing specific in it, that's usually obvious and it doesn't help you. A short intro video. Two minutes of you talking is worth more than a page of text. We're checking if you're clear and comfortable on camera, your English skills, and your professional setup (camera, lighting, sound...) A call with a recruiter, about 30 minutes. We'll ask you to walk us through something real you've done, so have a specific example ready instead of a general answer. A couple of short take-home exercises. Nothing sneaky, nothing that takes your whole evening. A reference check. We'll ask for someone who actually managed or worked closely with you, not a character reference. If a client's ready: one interview with them. They make the final call on who they hire, but you don't repeat anything you've already done here. Here's the honest part: sometimes when you finish this process, there's no job waiting yet. That's not a runaround, it's how we work. We'd rather spend the time getting to know good people properly now, so that when a client does come looking for someone like you, we already know you're ready, instead of starting the search from scratch. If that's your situation, you won't be left guessing. We'll tell you where things stand, including when the honest answer is "nothing new yet." And if you take another job while you're waiting, that's completely fine, just tell us, and we'll pick things back up whenever the timing works for you. What to actually expect from us If you make it to an interview, you'll get real, specific feedback about how it went either way, not a copy-paste line. If your CV doesn't move forward past the application stage, you'll still hear back, but it'll be a quick automated note rather than a personal one. With how many applications a posting like this gets, that's the only honest way we can get back to everyone fast. Apply Now
