About the role We are looking for an experienced and professional patient coordinator to join our client’s aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in patient coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a seamless experience for patients throughout their journey with the clinic. Key responsibilities Manage the complete patient journey, from initial inquiries and appointment scheduling to treatment follow-ups. Welcome patients and provide professional, attentive, and personalized assistance throughout their clinic experience. Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules with doctors, nurses, therapists, and other clinic staff. Handle patient inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person communication. Explain available treatments, packages, appointments, and clinic services clearly and professionally. Maintain accurate patient information, appointment records, and follow-up schedules. Build strong relationships with patients and support patient satisfaction, retention, and overall service quality.
