Manage and expand a portfolio of wholesale customers (workshops, garages, service centers, fleet operators)Negotiate pricing, volume discounts, and credit terms with clientsAdvise customers on correct part selection (OEM vs. aftermarket, cross-referencing by make/model/VIN)Forecast demand and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levelsHandle warranty claims, returns, and part-related disputesVisit workshops regularly to build relationships and identify new businessPrepare sales reports and mentor junior sales staff
