Position: Curriculum Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to lead, develop, and oversee the educational programs at Redwoods Nursery Noya.
Key qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in curriculum planning, implementation, and monitoring, preferably in Early Years or primary education.
Strong knowledge of EYFS, Montessori, or other recognized early years pedagogical frameworks.
Experience with teacher training, coaching, and mentoring.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Key responsibilities:
Develop, review, and implement the nursery’s curriculum in alignment with EYFS and Montessori principles.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development support to teaching staff.
Support lesson planning and ensure alignment with learning outcomes and developmental goals.
Maintain curriculum documentation, assessment records, and progress reports.
Collaborate with management, teachers, and parents to enhance educational standards.
Lead curriculum-related initiatives, workshops, and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and KFG policies.
