Position: Montessori Educator
We are seeking an outstanding Montessori Educator to join our dedicated and vibrant team for an immediate start.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or Montessori Diploma/Certification (AMI/AMS or equivalent).
CACHE Level 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent recognized qualification).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an Early Years/Montessori environment.
Strong knowledge of both the Montessori Method and EYFS framework.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, child-centered Montessori lessons aligned with EYFS standards.
Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Foster independence, creativity, and curiosity in children through hands-on learning.
Develop and maintain learning materials and Montessori resources.
Collaborate closely with colleagues and parents to support holistic child development.
Maintain high standards of planning, observation, and assessment.
Contribute to extra-curricular activities and nursery events.
