Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or Engineering.1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing.Good knowledge of technical materials, spare parts, and equipment.Good negotiation and communication skills.Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.Ability to compare quotations and analyze costs.Good supplier management and follow-up skills.Good problem-solving and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems is an advantage.Good command of English is preferred.
Description
Purchase materials, spare parts, equipment, and technical items.Prepare and send RFQs (Request for Quotations) to suppliers.Compare supplier prices, quality, and delivery times.Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.Prepare purchase orders and follow up on approvals.Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Finance teams.Check technical specifications before purchasing.Search for new suppliers and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers.Evaluate supplier performance, quality, and delivery.Handle urgent purchasing requirements and solve supply issues.Maintain procurement records, quotations, and supplier information.Ensure purchases are within budget and company procedures.Support cost-saving and supplier improvement activities.
