Our client is a boutique executive outplacement firm in Dubai and Singapore serving the APMEA region. We are deliberately not a volume provider. We take a small number of mid to senior individuals and get them to the right next role — measured on placement quality and compensation retention, not logins to a portal. We are built for the churn realities of this region: expat transitions, visa-linked exits, and executive moves where reputation and discretion matter.The roleYou will personally carry a small caseload of mid to senior professionals and executives through transition — strategy, positioning, market access, negotiation. You will do the actual work, at depth, with people who can afford to be picky about outcomes.
