Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years of experience.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Good command of English.Excellent time management skills.
Description
Prepare employment contracts, renewals, and personnel documentation.Maintain and update employee personnel files and HRIS records.Process new hires, resignations, terminations, and employee status changes.Handle Social Insurance procedures (Forms 1, 2, 6) and Labor Office requirements.Manage medical insurance enrollment, updates, and cancellations.Issue HR letters (employment, salary, experience, and other official documents).Ensure compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor regulations.Respond to employee inquiries regarding personnel policies and employment documents.Responsible for the social insurance System (online - dealing with outsourcing).Support HR audits and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
