Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

  • 2–5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction (tensile structures, landscaping, or similar sectors is a plus)

  • UAE experience preferred

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ISO standards, and construction quality procedures

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control plans, procedures, and checklists for site works Conduct regular inspections of materials, workmanship, and installation processes (structural steel, membrane/fabric work, foundations, civil works) Review and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and international/local codes and standards Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions Coordinate Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants Witness and document material testing (concrete, steel, welding, etc.) as applicable Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, and reports Liaise with third-party inspection bodies, consultants, and clients during audits/inspections Support in obtaining approvals and sign-offs at project milestones Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring quality issues and recommend improvements Ensure quality standards are upheld through project closeout and handover
