Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in API 650 storage tank fabrication and API 653 inspection/repair projects.
GCC experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of API 650, API 653 and welding inspection requirements.
CSWIP/AWS-CWI and NDT Level II certifications are preferred.
Strong knowledge of welding, NDT and quality inspection techniques.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of hydrostatic testing and commissioning activities.
Excellent reporting, documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work in fabrication yards and construction sites.
