Requirements

Department: Global Business Services (GBS) – EMEA IT PMO as a ServiceReports To: PMO Director / Senior Project ManagerPosition OverviewTo support the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-disciplinary IT projects (Software, Security, BI, etc.) across the EMEA region. The Project Manager will be an agent of change, promoting collaboration and agile methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and adhere to the new centralized PMO's standardized processes and governance.Key Responsibilities· Project Planning & Execution: Develop, define, and organize project activities with concrete timelines to create robust project plans. Manage all project variables including scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholders.· Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate project risks. Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution (target: · Stakeholder Management: Create positive relationships with stakeholders across all business levels (local and regional) by managing expectations and agreed objectives. Ensure transparent and effective communication.· Quality Assurance & Reporting: Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards. Provide accurate and timely weekly status reports and maintain 100% reporting accuracy.· Agile & Scrum Support: Support software development projects utilizing Scrum methodology.
