About the role:
Our client, a leading global biotechnology company, is looking to hire a contract operations manager. He/she will oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle process, ensuring agreements are compliant, efficiently managed, and aligned with business objectives across international partner markets (IPM).
Job responsibilities:
Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and archiving contracts and related documents.
Coordinate contract workflows and approvals with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ensure contracts comply with company policies, SOPs, and governance requirements.
Provide guidance on contract management processes and contractual obligations.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks while supporting business objectives.
Maintain accurate contract databases, trackers, and document repositories.
Monitor contract milestones, obligations, and deadlines to ensure timely execution and compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, life sciences, or a related field.
5–8+ years of experience in contract management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
Strong experience in contract drafting, review, and lifecycle management.
Excellent project management, process improvement, and stakeholder management skills.
