What you bringFour to seven years of experience in executive assistance or office management supporting C-level leaders, founders, or owners; experience in the education sector is a must.Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic; professional, clear, and diplomatic communication.Strong organization and follow-through; able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.High discretion, integrity, and judgment with confidential matters.Proficiency with office software: calendars, email, spreadsheets, presentations, and shared drives; comfortable with task/project tools.Problem-solving, proactive and start-up mindset, calm under pressure, and service-oriented.Presentable and professional; able to represent the Owner in meetings when needed.Ability to work on‑site in the New Administrative Capital with occasional after-hours availability.

CEO Office Manager— Silicon Valley International SchoolLocation: New Administrative Capital, EgyptJoin our teamWe are hiring a CEO Office Manager to run a fast, reliable executive office: manage calendars and travel, coordinate cross-department projects, handle confidential communications, prepare briefs and presentations, and ensure the Owner’s priorities are executed on time and to a high standard.What you will doExecutive support: manage complex calendars, meetings, and agendas; prepare daily briefings and follow-up trackers.Communication: draft emails, letters, and memos in English and Arabic; handle incoming requests; ensure clear, timely responses.Meetings and events: plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, board sessions, and partner visits; take minutes and drive actions to completion.Documentation: prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards; maintain organized digital and physical files.Stakeholder coordination: liaise with academic, admissions, finance, operations, and external partners; escalate issues and unblock decisions.Confidentiality and compliance: handle sensitive information with discretion; uphold school policies and protocols.Office operations: oversee receptionist/administration tasks, supplies, and vendor coordination to keep the executive office running smoothly.Project support: track special projects for the Owner, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.What we offerSalary: Competitive salary, based on experience.Transportation, social insurance, and medical insurance.Tuition fee discount for dependents.StartImmediately
