The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing procedures for Mainland, Free Zones, DIFC, and DMCC, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations while supporting the company's operational and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities • Manage all government-related transactions for the company in accordance with UAE laws and regulations. • Handle company formation, amendments, renewals, and deregistration processes for Mainland and Free Zone entities. • Process employment visas, entry permits, visa renewals, cancellations, and other immigration-related formalities. • Coordinate Emirates ID applications, renewals, and related documentation. • Manage labor-related documentation, including work permits and approvals through relevant government authorities. • Coordinate with Free Zone authorities, immigration departments, ministries, and external service providers. • Prepare, submit, and follow up on official applications through government portals and online systems. • Handle document attestation, notarization, legalization, and certification requirements. • Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, permits, registrations, and other statutory documents. • Monitor changes in UAE labor, immigration, and corporate regulations and advise management on compliance requirements. • Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, renewals, and government correspondence. • Prepare official letters, applications, and documentation required by regulatory authorities. • Support management with government-related updates, compliance matters, and administrative requirements. • Safeguard confidential company documents and ensure secure record management. • Build and maintain effective working relationships with government entities and regulatory authorities. • Required Knowledge & Skills • Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone regulations and procedures. • Hands-on experience with DIFC and DMCC company setup, licensing, and compliance processes. • Thorough understanding of UAE labor and immigration procedures. • Experience using UAE government portals and online services. • Knowledge of document attestation, legalization, notarization, and corporate documentation. • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up abilities. • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and consistently meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
