A university degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years of related work experience in an IT PMO, Project Coordination, or Change Analyst role within an ITIL/ITSM environment. Industry-standard project management credentials like PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner are highly preferred. Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure and applications, including SAP S/4HANA, firewalls, servers, networks, and operating systems, is beneficial. Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and MS Office suite skills, including MS Project, are essential. Fluent verbal and written English communication is required.

Job OverviewTo work closely with the IT Management to ensure successful implementation of project management standards, processes, and governance across the organization. This role will be focused on tracking projects and changes, as well as supporting project managers and ensuring projects are delivered within budget, scope & time. The change coordinator will be responsible for monitoring project progress, perform risk management, and help in creating project insights for the stakeholders. The role also supports change management specific areas of responsibility involve monitoring change requests on the IT service desk to ensure compliance with the IT service management framework requirements and coordinating between the implementors and the respective change advisory boards (CAB) for smooth transition of change requests. The position requires knowledge of enterprise application landscapes, specifically SAP S/4HANA, to coordinate environment changes, transport releases, and operational impacts effectively.Key AccountabilitiesBusiness PerformanceEnsure timely preparation and distribution of project and ticket status reports to relevant stakeholders.Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely execution and completion, tracking that each stage is completed within the determined parameters.Create and maintain all project artifacts and communicate to relevant stakeholders at the appropriate point in time.Conduct regular project status calls weekly and monthly.Manage and recommend improvements to project methodologies as needed.Keep records of all IT governance meetings.Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings to relevant stakeholders.Support the IT compliance team by ensuring adherence to process, policies and procedures.Prepare weekly/monthly reports and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.Ensure all changes adhere to ABH IT's Change Management standards and procedures.Coordinate and conduct meetings with CAB to discuss relevant changes.Conduct project audits and post-project evaluations to ensure lessons learned were documented and applied to future projects.Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure optimum utilization and identify potential improvement.Perform risk assessment and prepare risk mitigation plan.Ensure compliance with ABH company policies, certification standards, and IT/MIS contractual obligations.Comply with ABH Corporate policies and data security measures as outlined in information security procedures.Maintain IT SMS documentation for ISO 27001 and ISO 20000-1.Implement controls as required by federal/local government regulations within ISMS and IT SMS implementations.Adhere to Green IT policies by applying environmentally friendly practices in daily tasks.Customers and Partner RelationsCoordinate activities to respond promptly to internal customer support requests.Assist in organizing and preparing for steering committee (Steerco) meetingsWork closely with stakeholders to gather feedback on project performance and identify areas for improvement.Maintain effective working relationships with users, ensuring alignment between IT and business objectives.Maintain effective working relationships and interaction with external vendors and partners to assure delivery as per Albatha StandardsPeople ManagementFoster a strong team spirit among colleagues and supporting departments to work towards shared goals.Create a participative and supportive team culture.Motivate, train, and develop team members while ensuring compliance with performance appraisals and employee procedures.Leadership/InnovationKeep the management team informed about significant issues and actions being taken to address them.Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, methodologies, and tools.Stay informed of industry best practices and new tools that can enhance project management efficiency.Research and identify appropriate innovative tools in the area of NOC and PMO.Support the adoption of innovative tools and techniques within the PMO to improve project outcomes and governance.Ensure the team's commitment and progress toward the corporate mission, vision, and core values through monthly meetings.Qualifications/RequirementsA university degree or equivalentMinimum 5+ years of related work experience in an IT PMO, Project Coordination, or Change Analyst role within an ITIL/ITSM environment.Industry-standard project management credentials, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner, is highly preferred.Good understanding of Enterprise IT infrastructure and applications.Knowledge in the following fields would be an advantage:SAP S/4HANA environment landscapeFirewall / AntivirusServersNetworkOperating SystemsStrong organizational and time management skills.Strong Interpersonal skills.Strong Office suite skills, including MS Project.Fluent in verbal & written communication in English language
