Key Responsibilities Core HR Operations & Compliance * Policy Leadership: Develop and execute HR policies and procedures that are fully compliant with the latest UAE Labor Regulations. * Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day HR matters, providing expert advice on employment law and conflict resolution. * Engagement & Retention: Design and implement creative strategies to keep the team inspired and aligned with the studio's business goals. * Reporting & Documentation: Maintain meticulous HR records and reporting systems, ensuring the studio is audit-ready at all times. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition * Full-Cycle Hiring: Lead the recruitment process for all levels-from Junior Designers to Studio Directors-ensuring a "white-glove" experience for candidates. * Niche Pipelines: Build and nurture a global talent pool specifically for specialized roles in Architecture and Interior Design. * Strategic Partnering: Work side-by-side with Hiring Managers to define job requirements, select high-caliber candidates, and refine selection criteria. * Market Benchmarking: Regularly analyze salaries and benefits to ensure the studio remains a competitive employer of choice in the Middle East. Strategic Workforce Planning * Future-Proofing: Partner with senior management on immediate hiring needs, 3-5 year growth plans, and long-term succession planning. * Organizational Mastery: Own and coordinate company organization charts and workforce planning models. * Performance Excellence: Oversee the performance management cycle, fostering a culture of feedback, growth, and accountability.
