Proficiency in English is essential, and Arabic is an advantage. Knowledge of applicable training tools, learning aids, and learning management systems is necessary. A valid UAE driving license is required, and the candidate must be willing to commute across regions within the UAE.
Description
To design and deliver training programs aimed at improving the competence and effectiveness of all Freelander sales staff.   Support the Compliance & Training Manager in identifying training needs of the sales team of Freelander across showrooms, and ensure development and implementation of the right training program and curriculum.Contribute to the formulation of the brand training plan & strategy as well as product training based on the BU's needs.Adapt the training manuals received from the Principals and design suitable training materials for the relevant sales staff on an ongoing basis to best equip them with relevant skills and knowledge to render high quality customer experience.Liaise with the Customer Experience & Customer Interaction Center to gain CVP and NPS feedback and provide a report highlighting training needs for sales teams to address specific issues and/or further enhance customer experience with the brand.Prepare and provide reports to relevant management as and when required.Organize quality and cost-effective brand and product training and ensure effective and timely administration of training programs.Execute the brand and product training program as per agreed schedule and deliver training courses to meet its stated objectives. This would include but not be limited to, brand induction, role responsibilities, customer service standards, in-house and dealer management system training, sales policies, and procedures.Review and identify gaps in training programmes conducted either in-house or through external vendors/principals and share inputs with Compliance & Training Manager for incorporation inti training needs analysis and development of annual training schedule/programme.Issue progress reports to document work progress and gather feedback from theparticipants as well as their line management to assess the effectiveness of training & impact on staff performance.Organize and maintain brand and product training documentation, product specifications & comparisons for cascade.Remain abreast with developments in the field of learning and development and recommend suitable new trends in the industry that would improve the effectiveness of the training function within the department.Support the Compliance and Training Manager in conducting audits across the brand/locations to ensure compliance with ATM/PM & Principal requirements.Contribute to the development of policies/initiatives as corrective measures to audit findings ensuring the cascade of feedback and information post audit is shared with relevant parties.Graduate in any discipline.Qualification in Training / HR.4 to 6 years of relevant experience with the automotive industry.Excellent Presentation, Communication, and Interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience in various aspects of training - planning, designing, delivery and administration.Proficiency in English.
