12 Months Contract Purpose:This role will support the guest disruption recovery system implementation by helping to coordinate and deliver change management activities that encourage employee engagement and adoption of new ways of working within Operations. The Officer Change Management will coordinate practical change activities that help operational teams understand, adopt and embed new disruption recovery processes, tools and ways of working across the guest journey. The role will support readiness, engagement, communications and adoption activities for stakeholders involved in disruption response, guest servicing and recovery executionAccountabilitiesSupport the application of structured change management approaches and assist with change activities that help employees and key stakeholders adopt change across Operational departments.Assist with change impact and readiness assessments by stakeholder group, and help capture findings to support implementation planning.Contribute practical ideas and support the delivery of change activities across departments with different operational needs, including large, shift-based and mobile workforces.Support the preparation of change updates, briefing materials and recommendations for project teams and business stakeholders.Support the development and delivery of communication plans for change programmes, helping to align stakeholder communication needs with project milestones and preparing supporting messages.Prepare and maintain communication collateral, such as SharePoint content, FAQ libraries, briefing packs and user support materials.Help identify change risks, issues and dependencies, and support the tracking of mitigation actions to reduce impact on go-live and programme implementation.Assist with stakeholder analysis and help coordinate stakeholder engagement activities across the programme.Support the tracking of change success measures and help prepare progress updates for relevant stakeholders.Provide coordination and administrative support to project teams and business representatives involved in change activities.Help coordinate change champion networks across Operations, including maintaining contact lists, meeting notes, actions and engagement materials.Education & Experience Bachelor's degree level education. Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience supporting business transformation, change management, communications, stakeholder engagement or project coordination activities, preferably within an operational or aviation environment.Exposure to disruption management, irregular operations, guest recovery or service recovery processes is advantageous.
