Required skills to be successful

You will be part of the Service department, working closely with the Service Manager and leading a team of technicians and service advisors. The team operates in a fast-paced workshop environment focused on maintaining and repairing heavy-duty trucks while ensuring quality service, safety, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role where collaboration with procurement, fleet, and customer service teams is essential to manage urgent breakdowns, parts availability, turnaround time, and continuous improvement across workshop operations.
