We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Workshop Administrator to join our Retail Aftersales team in Dubai Investment Park (DIP). This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the workshop, ensuring accurate system updates, documentation control, job card monitoring, and effective coordination between Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Workshop Management. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining workshop efficiency, supporting KPI tracking, ensuring accurate reporting, and contributing to a seamless customer and operational experience. What you will do Support the daily administrative operations of the workshop to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency. Maintain and update workshop documentation, job cards, and system records accurately. Monitor job card status and ensure timely updates within SAP, EVHC, or other workshop management systems. Track vehicle movement through reception, workshop, quality control, and delivery stages. Assist in coordinating activities between Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts Department, and Workshop Management. Prepare and distribute daily operational reports, vehicle status reports, technician allocation reports, and KPI dashboards. Maintain accurate records of workshop activities, approvals, and service documentation. Support workshop management in monitoring workshop utilization, productivity, and operational performance. Ensure compliance with Aftersales operational processes and documentation standards. Provide administrative support to improve workflow efficiency and customer service delivery.
