We currently support around 95 pupils aged 4–16 and have ambitious plans to expand to 140 pupils over the coming years.We re looking for people to join our EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classes to help support out SEN pupils.As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils at the start of their educational journey, helping them to access a creative, flexible and personalised curriculum. Our approach to learning is bespoke and pupil‑centred, with a strong focus on developing independence, life skills and meaningful educational experiences that prepare pupils for their next steps.You will work as part of a committed and supportive team, collaborating closely with class teachers and other support staff to deliver engaging learning opportunities.
