Job PurposeResponsible for handling and managing the development of international programs partnerships to enhance SU TECH Academic programs internationalization, and employer partnerships to enable student placements, internships, and industry-aligned initiatives, to boost student employability and market alignment at SU TECH Elsewedy University.Key AccountabilitiesResearches prospect partnerships with the international Universities/ Educational Institutes that align with SU TECH academic programs.Supports the Director in communications with such potential partners to facilitate securing the deals.Develops and maintains employer partnerships to secure internship, and training opportunities.Supports the identification of partnership opportunities aligned with academic programs and student placement needs.Coordinates with academic and internal teams to ensure effective delivery of employer-linked programs and initiatives.Supports the preparation of partnership materials, proposals, and presentations.Maintains employer account relationships to ensure partner satisfaction and continuity.Represents the University at selected employer-facing events and networking activities.Contributes to achieving partnership and placement-related targets.Supports the implementation of Career Advising & Development Services (CADS) initiatives, including student engagement activities, mock interviews, and career readiness programs.Coordinates with CADS and academic teams to ensure alignment between student profiles, employer requirements, and internship opportunities.
