Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field. Project management certifications (e.g. CAPM, Agile Foundations) are a plus. No prior professional experience is required, but university projects, internships, or extracurricular experience in technology or project coordination is a plus. Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC, familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools, strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, comfort working with cross-functional teams, and a curious, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude are essential.

Join us and be part of something extraordinary!The Project Coordinator supports Scrum Masters and technology teams in Agile delivery by coordinating ceremonies, tracking tasks and blockers, maintaining documentation, and supporting effective team communication.
