DescriptionJob Purpose:To ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medication/ medical and non-medical supplies, maintaining proper records, stock accuracy, and compliance with safety standards to support continuous and efficient warehouse operations across the designated Fakeeh Care functions or entities.Key Responsibilities And DutiesMonitors all requests in the system on an hourly basis and supply items promptly to the concerned departments.Addresses and resolves any issues related to dispensing, such as unit of measure discrepancies, bad packaging, or short quantities.Prints issuance reports and hands them over to the porter for delivery, ensuring official receipt by the end user. and execute all orders via barcoding and complying with RSDFollows up with porters to guarantee timely fulfillment of requests.Execute inventory and cycle counting tasks as instructed by the unit manager.Adheres to assigned work schedules, duties, rotation cycles, and ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts.Maintains proper storage of all items in designated locations (including but limited to temperature control and cold chain), ensuring they are clean, organized, and match the system records.Keeps the storage area clean and hygienic at all times, ensuring items are de-boxed before entering the store, and report any irregularities.Follows all safety and quality requirements for medical storage and material handling.Applies the First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) principle consistently and ensures good distribution and handling practices in dispensing and delivering items.Reports items nearing expiration (within one month) for return to the main warehouse or proper disposal.Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of the job.RequirementsSkills And AbilitiesGood communication skills.Good analytical skills.High level of computer skills.ExperienceMinimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or supply chain environment.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory or supply chain management are preferred.Languagegood command of oral and written English and Arabic.Licenses / CertificationsN/A
