Requirements

Manages all surface treatment activities including sandblasting, galvanizing, and painting.Supervises Senior and Junior Production Engineers, providing technical guidance and solving operational problems on the treatment lines.Allocates manpower, chemicals, and paint materials to meet daily output targets for treated components.Monitors quality for each process: surface cleanliness after sandblasting, coating thickness and uniformity after galvanizing, and adhesion/finish after painting.Reports equipment breakdowns to Maintenance and coordinates to minimize downtime.Tracks daily treated output and reports actual versus plan to the Standard Production Manager continuously.Enforces strict safety and environmental standards.Works with the Operational Excellence team to implement process improvements that reduce chemical waste, energy use, and cycle time.Trains and develops the engineers under supervision on proper handling of each treatment process.Reviews consumption reports and identifying opportunities to reduce waste and cost.Reports production performance, quality issues, and improvement plan to the Standard Production Manager continuously.
