Team members join a growing, ambitious environment focused on addressing treatment gaps across multiple disease areas while maintaining strong ethical and patient-centered values.Role Description The CNS Product Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for driving medical and commercial success of the company's CNS portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include visiting healthcare professionals, presenting CNS product information, and providing scientific support to clinicians and pharmacists. The role involves organizing and participating in medical meetings, educational sessions, and product presentations, as well as collecting market insights and competitor intelligence. The CNS Product Specialist collaborates with sales, marketing, and medical teams to implement promotional strategies, ensure accurate product positioning, and support territory targets. The position also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of CNS disease areas, adhering to compliance standards, and preparing regular reports on activities and performance.Qualifications• Only Cairo and Giza resident. • Only Pharmacists, Vet or Science graduate. Strong knowledge of CNS disease areas and CNS pharmaceutical products, with the ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly.Experience in field-based pharmaceutical roles such as medical representative or product specialist, preferably within CNS or related therapeutic areas.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.Solid organizational and time-management skills, including territory planning, reporting, and follow-up on key accounts.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, medical affairs) and contribute to product strategies.Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related healthcare field.Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic digital tools for reporting and presentations.Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both written and spoken.Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered values.Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
