Requirements
The MEP Estimation Manager must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with 10-15 years of experience in MEP estimation, preferably with UAE/GCC construction contractors. A minimum of 5 years in a managerial/senior estimation position is preferred, along with strong experience in building construction projects and a deep understanding of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, advanced MS Excel, and cost estimation/tendering software is required, with knowledge of Primavera/P6 and BIM/Revit being advantageous. Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.

MEP Estimation Manager – Job DescriptionJob Title: MEP Estimation ManagerDepartment: Estimation / CommercialIndustry: MEP / Building ConstructionLocation: UAEReports To: Head of Estimation / Commercial Manager / General ManagerJob PurposeThe MEP Estimation Manager will be responsible for managing the complete estimation and tendering process for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works.
