Role SummaryThe Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting precise surveying activities across the project site, ensuring accurate measurements, mapping, and data collection to support design, construction, and quality control. This role involves working closely with engineers, contractors, and project teams to verify site conditions, establish control points, and ensure that all works align with approved drawings and specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct land surveys using total stations, GPS equipment, and other surveying tools.Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical control points across the project site.Verify site levels, boundaries, and alignments to ensure compliance with design requirements.Prepare survey reports, maps, and documentation for engineering and construction teams.Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve discrepancies or site-related issues.Monitor construction activities to ensure accurate implementation of survey data.Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration and functionality.Support as‑built surveys and preparation of final documentation.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure or building projects.Strong proficiency in surveying instruments, GPS systems, and related software.Solid understanding of construction methodologies, site layout, and engineering drawings.Experience working on large‑scale or complex developments is preferred.Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
