Role SummaryThe Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting precise surveying activities across the project site, ensuring accurate measurements, mapping, and data collection to support design, construction, and quality control. This role involves working closely with engineers, contractors, and project teams to verify site conditions, establish control points, and ensure that all works align with approved drawings and specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct land surveys using total stations, GPS equipment, and other surveying toolsEstablish and maintain horizontal and vertical control points across the project siteVerify site levels, boundaries, and alignments to ensure compliance with design requirementsPrepare survey reports, maps, and documentation for engineering and construction teamsCoordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve discrepancies or site-related issuesMonitor construction activities to ensure accurate implementation of survey dataMaintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration and functionalitySupport as‑built surveys and preparation of final documentationQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure or building projectsStrong proficiency in surveying instruments, GPS systems, and related softwareSolid understanding of construction methodologies, site layout, and engineering drawingsExperience working on large‑scale or complex developments is preferredExcellent analytical, communication, and coordination skillsAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
